Joseph M. Healey
BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Joseph M. Healy is Chairman of the Board of the Kolmar Labs Group, North
Americas leading outsourced supplier of cosmetic and personal care products.
Kolmar has its office and main operations in Port Jervis N.Y. and also operates a
specialty manufacturing location in Mahwah N.J. Mr. Healy has been involved in
community affairs via Boy Scouting and the United Way for over two decades.
Mr. Healy has held a variety of volunteer and leadership positions in Scouting
including serving as a Cub Den Leader, Troop Comm. Chair, District Chairman for
Twin Valleys and is presently a Northern N.J. Council Board Member and Vice
President. Mr. Healy is also a Board member of the United Way of Bergen
County, where he has also served as a Past Chairman.
Mr. Healy initially joined Kolmar/OSG as its Chief Executive Officer in July 2000
and served in that capacity until April 2004. Prior to joining the Kolmar, Mr. Healy
was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Reckitt & Colman, Inc., a Wayne
N.J. based global manufacturer and marketer of household/food and personal care
products. Prior thereto, Mr. Healy was President of the L&F Household Products.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Healy held key managerial positions in sales, marketing
and new product development at L&F Products. Mr. Healy holds a B.A. in Finance
and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Healy serves on several
industry boards including, the Consumer Specialty Product Association where he
was past chairman and Treasurer, he is also President of the not for profit Alliance
for Consumer Education in Washington, DC and as an active Board Member of the
Personal Care Products Council also in Washington D.C.
Mr. Healy resides in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ with his wife Jeanne and is the proud father of
four and grandfather of five.
